FLT Counterbalance Driver

We are currently recruiting several experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a well-known and
established Drinks Logistics Client based in Runcorn.

Hours of Work: Any 4-5 shifts out of 7. This role will include working weekends and a mixture of days
and nights. Shift hours are 07:00 to 19:00/ 19:00 to 07:00.
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + Attendance bonus of £100 paid each quarter to qualifying staff. The
overtime rate is £17.50 per hour after 182 hours worked within each calendar month.
Job Type: All positions will be recruited on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.

As an FLT Driver, your duties will include:

• Accurate, safe, and timely loading and unloading of goods in line with company policies and
• standard operating procedures.
• A successful candidate will also be required to work on a production line unloading pallets of
• stock and labelling them.
• Handballing products and placing goods in the designated areas whilst ensuring accuracy.
• Checking the goods delivery against the delivery paperwork.
• General housekeeping duties.

Skills and experience required of an FLT Driver include:

• At least 1-year experience driving an FLT Counterbalance truck and ideally a PPT or LLOP truck.
• FLT Counterbalance certificate (RTITB/ITSAAR or Inhouse).
• Previous experience in the Logistics or Manufacturing industry.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Flexible to working days, nights, and weekends as part of a weekly rota.
• Attention to detail.
• A "Can Do" attitude.
