Temporary Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Wrexham
Contract: Temporary – 4 weeks initially, with possibility of extension
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Department: Supply Chain

About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Temporary Supply Chain Administrator to join our team based in Wrexham. This is an initial 4-week temporary assignment, with the possibility of an extension depending on business requirements and performance.

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain department, helping to ensure that day-to-day processes run efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing general administrative support to the Supply Chain team.

    • Updating and maintaining internal systems and databases.

    • Processing and maintaining paperwork and documentation.

    • Data entry and ensuring information is recorded accurately.

    • Assisting with purchase orders, deliveries and supplier documentation.

    • Updating spreadsheets and preparing basic reports.

    • Filing and maintaining accurate records.

    • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers where required.

    • Responding to emails and general enquiries.

    • Supporting the wider Supply Chain team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

    • Ensuring all administrative duties are completed accurately and within required timescales.

About YouWe are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and able to work well in a busy environment. Previous administrative experience is preferred, ideally within a supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or similar environment, although this is not essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience.

    • Good attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Good written and verbal communication skills.

    • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.

    • The ability to organise and prioritise workloads.

    • A proactive and flexible approach to work.

    • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    • A professional and positive attitude.

    • Good time-management skills.
