Pertemps Exeter are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer in our Marsh Barton branch to help us during our peak period. This job role is an ongoing temporary job but for the right person it could lead to a permeant job.

Working Pattern: There is flexibility to the working days and hours.

Monday to Friday
8.30am - 4.30pm
OR
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8.30am - 4.30pm

Main tasks:
Posting Job adverts on job boards
Screening Candidates that apply in a timely manner
Interview candidates in person and over the telephone
Obtaining references
Processing / uploading candidates paperwork on our databases
Checking candidates right to work documents
Support with rotas and uploading shifts onto the database
Liaising with clients and candidates to ensure they are always kept up to date
Answering the phone and sending emails.
