Warehouse MHE Operative – Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)

Shift pattern: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 (weekly rotation)

Location: Northampton

Pay: £13.42, overtime after 40hrs £19.53

We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse MHE Operatives to join our team on a weekly rotating shift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a solid background in warehouse operations and MHE experience/licenses (such as PPT, LLOP,CB and Reach truck).

Key Responsibilities

• Operating MHE safely and efficiently

• Picking and packing orders to required standards

• Supporting rework and quality tasks

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential

• Valid or recent MHE experience/licenses (training can be refreshed if needed)

• Ability to work rotating shifts Monday–Friday

• Good attention to detail and reliability

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
