FLT Warehouse Operatives – Immediate Starts | Temp to Perm Location: Northamptonshire (Junction 16, M1)
Pay: Up to £20.39 per hour + overtime

We are recruiting experienced FLT Operatives to join a fast-growing logistics operation. You will be working in a clean, state-of-the-art environment where safety and teamwork are a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Trucks
  
  
• Loading and unloading trailers safely
  
  
• Moving stock within racking systems
  
  
• Supporting general warehouse activities as required
  
  

Shifts & Pay (Day Shifts)

• 06:00 – 14:00: £13.59 per hour
  
  
• 14:00 – 22:00: £13.99 per hour
  
  
• Overtime (after 40 hours): up to £20.39 per hour
  
  

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience (essential)
  
  
• Valid FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach licence
  
  
• Strong work ethic and reliability
  
  
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends
