Warehouse Operative

Pertemps are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art distribution centre in Northamptonshire. These are long-term temp-to-perm opportunities, offering job security, career progression, and the chance to develop valuable MHE and FLT skills.

Shift & PayAfternoon Shift

14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday
£13.99 per hou
Overtime after 40 hours: £20.39 per hour

The Role

• Picking and packing products accurately
• Stock handling and inventory duties
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Manual handling duties, including some heavy lifting
• Supporting wider warehouse operations
• Following health and safety procedures at all time.   

What we're looking for

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Strong work ethic and excellent reliability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the business
• Flexibility to support occasional weekend working when required
• Positive attitude and commitment to long-term employment
