We are currently looking for an Operations Administrator on behalf of our client; a leading industrial maintenance company based in Portsmouth.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organisation and keyboard skills. As a first point of contact for both customers and suppliers we are looking for somebody with a helpful and flexible attitude.
This position is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to begin their career within Administration as part of a busy and friendly team as the role is likely to develop overtime; taking on additional workloads and responsibility once you are settled in.
Working closely alongside the Operations Manager you will be responsible for general office duties such as answering the phone, diary management and liaising with staff via email; keeping the team updated with any schedule changes.
This is a permanent, full time role based; based on working 8.00am - 16.30pm Monday to Friday.
