Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently seeking an experienced engineering administrator, to join our client on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to join a successful Island business, who pride themselves on manufacturing products to the highest quality.

As the successful engineering administrator, you will be responsible for the general day to day running on the sales office. Daily duties will include but will not be limited to.
- Requesting and processing quotations
- Place and receive procurement orders using MRP System
- Managing the delivery of both incoming and outcoming goods
- Arranging transport
- Dealing with customer queries, and general enquiries.

As the successful engineering administrator, you will be first point of contact for all customers, so therefore must have a friendly, yet professional disposition at all times.

The successful engineering administrator will require a proactive approach to working and the ability to communicate clearly. Basic knowledge/ previous experience within an engineering environment would be highly advantageous. Previous experience in all Microsoft programmes is essential.

The is a full-time role based on 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
