Job Description

Warehouse Shift Manager required for permanent, full time role in Bristol - BS34
  • £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekly shift pattern 0500 - 1400 / 1000 - 1900
  • Annual pay awards and bonus scheme
  • Easily accessible by public transport, or free parking on site
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

About the role
  • Pro-actively manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation
  • Ensure that warehouse processes achieve best practice standards
  • Working in coordination with other shift managers and the transport manager
  • H&S responsibility for site
  • Cycle counting of stock and investigating any stock issues
  • MHE compliance.
The right candidate
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Confident leading and developing a team
  • Counterbalance and reach forklift experience
  • IT literate - using Microsoft packages and in house systems
