Job Description:
You will be working in a leading property business in a diverse team of marketing experts. With a focus on creativity and commercial activity that influences people. As a Customer Experience Executive you will be:
• Conducting mystery on-site inspections, asking key question and taking photos of the site
• Providing feedback to team by writing detailed reports and coordinating messaging.
• Supporting the development of the experience app, dashboard and reporting, and managing audit projects.
• Promoting sustainability and ensure all services are highlights to clients.
What We're Looking For:
• Property / retail experience -knowledge of construction, facilities and management industries
• Good IT skills
• Excellent Customer Services
• Good communication and writing skills
