Pertemps are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Account Executives for a leading utilities provider based in Oxford.
As a Customer Account Executive you will be responsible for managing the day to day transactional contact with their customer base and to work towards a more pro-active approach to reduce repeating contact.
The purpose of this role is to cover both the service and payment aspects of the relationship with customer and aim to deliver world class service and financial operations
As a Customer Account Executive you will be responsible for managing the day to day transactional contact with your customer base and ideally resolve at first point of contact.
Your role will include the service and payment aspects of the relationship with the customer and aim to deliver a world class service to maximise growth potential.
You will be flexible to change through the evolution of service and system changes, leading communications with the customer on all issues and delivering excellent service levels with some support and involvement of the other front line agents.
You will be responsible for understanding the customer's needs and will support the Customer Account Specialist on the management of their portfolio, which includes but not exclusive to, billing, payment and debt queries. Updating of portfolio's and proactively and confidently engaging customers via outbound communication methods.
To be successful in the role, you'll understand what delivers great customer service, be skilled in handling complex customer queries and be a confident and effective communicator with strong listening and questioning skills as you will manage your own workload through a number of channels - telephone, online and written correspondence with ability to build relationships both with our internal and external customers.
You will have excellent organisational, planning and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail to ensure that you deliver results accurately and on time in line with the business objectives and the best customer outcomes.
You will be comfortable using various systems including Microsoft word and excel
Start date for these positions are ASAP and there are prospects of contract extension and potentially full time contracts on offer following a probationary period for the best performing candidates.
Following a successful interview there will be six weeks of on the job training provided.
