Fire Design Engineer

This national fire systems installer is looking to recruit a design engineer to provide accurate estimates and designs for large-scale fire detection, gas suppression and other life safety systems working from home (in England, Scotland or Wales), with some travel to sites UK-wide, as well as an office visit for monthly team meetings. Applicants for this role will need to be from the fire industry, have exposure to 3D software packages (like Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe etc), and have proven ability in the detailed design of fire and life safety systems with in-depth knowledge of all relevant standards (BS5839, BS6266, BS7671 and BS7273). This interesting role comes with a basic salary to £47,000 plus a car, bonus, flexible hours, 26 days annual leave as standard and a benefits package including pension.
