Self-Employed Insurance Broker / Account Executive
So you've spent the last 5+ years' building your client bank and watching your bosses get rich off of your hard work? Sound familiar?
Our client are a growing and successful Insurance brokerage with a number of self-employed Account Executive's (Appointed Representatives) working alongside them..
You'll have access to a wide range of markets to enable you to get up and running quickly with systems taken care of as well.
Renumeration wise they have a couple of options available (commission split) which are tailored to you to make sure you can grow your business
Year on year they have assisted their Appointed Representatives to grow their own businesses and with several of them having multiple staff and writing £500k+
They will also support you when you reach the point where you want to go Directly authorised - allowing you to get on with looking after your clients rather than deal with more paperwork.
You'll be building your own client bank which will remain completely owned by yourself.
You'll need to have solid experience within your chosen market, whether that's Commercial Insurance, Specie, or General Insurance our clients have the ability to place pretty much anything
You will also need to be passionate about having your own business and building it.
