Business Development Executive – Bristol - £24k OTE
Location: Bristol (City Centre)
Salary: £19,000 Basic, OTE of £24,000 + Benefits
Our growing client are looking to add to their business development team with the addition of 3 extra staff.
Year on year our client have grown and exceeded their own growth targets by providing best in class service, competitive premiums and also developing their staff.
You'll be pro-actively contacting businesses on a 90% outbound basis across the professional range to obtain information relating to their insurance requirements (renewal dates, spend, staff numbers, company turnover etc.)
Where they are due to renew within the next 6 weeks actively seeking to provide a quotation to them and completing this.
If a premium is higher than your current signoff level liaising with senior and external staff to set appointments and attend these with the Executive to maximise relationship building opportunities
Actively selling to both new and previous clients
Developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be achieving the monthly/quarterly sales targets

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with everyone from clients receptionist to their Finance Director and everything in between.
A sales mindset with the eye for detail to spot cross selling opportunities
