Wholesale Broker / Senior – Professions
Package: To £40,000 (Negotiable) + Bonus + Benefits

On a day to day basis you'll be:
Working on both Renewal and New Business cases from a panel of carefully selected sub-brokers
Focusing on building profitable long term relationships with them to ensure you're the first call on new business cases
Negotiating with Underwriters to ensure the best terms are secured
Providing technical advice as required on cases
Making recommendations to sub-brokers on the best coverage and markets for their clients
Assisting the management team on the development of products, client relationships and business wide projects
Acting as a point of reference for colleagues
What you'll need:
Prior experience of Professional Indemnity and associated Insurance types on either Wholesale or a Retail basis, Ideally you'll have 4-5 years hands on knowledge of these markets.
Strong Communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Working knowledge of the Solicitors, Accountants, Insurance Broker, IFA and Recruitment markets
