Commercial Insurance Business Development Executive
Package: To £40,000 + Commission (Monthly) + Package
Our client are growing at an excellent rate and are looking to continue this growth with the appointment of 2 Development Executive's to their London office.
As a business they've gone from strength to strength currently and have an exceptional management team in place that provide high levels of support.
To be successful in this role you are going to need:
4-5 years' experience within Commercial Insurance
Exposure to all General Commercial Insurance products – Liability, Motor, Property
Experience of actively developing and selling to new and existing clients
The day to day:
Actively developing New clients and cross selling products to existing clients
Pro-actively working through leads and developing new ones via referrals, networking and developing a network of introducers
Manage and develop clients over the longer term.
Develop internal relationships with other departments and teams (Financial and Speciality Lines)
Work with senior management, marketing and the telesales team to deliver income targets
Ensuring that all client records are updated in a timely and compliant manner.
Your skill set:
You'll need strong communication (both written and verbal), sales, negotiation, client and stakeholder management and IT skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A full driving licence
