A local authority are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor Team Leader to support and supervise the operations of a small team in the customer service contact centre.
The ideal candidate will need proven experience in a management/ Team leader role, outstanding communication skills both written and verbal, strong IT skills, resilient and the ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with difficult queries or situation.
Previous experience in a call centre environment is essential.
Position is based within the HR department and consists of dealing with internal queries, the ideal candidate will need experience in dealing with high volume calls and the ability to ensure Customer satisfaction.
Training will be provided on the but a willingness to learn new things is essential.
37 Hours per week.
