We are working with a West Midlands local authority to recruit an interim HR OD Project Manager. The role is related to the implementation of a new exit interview programme and the ideal candidate will have:
- Good systems knowledge
- Experience of analysing workforce data to come up with recommendations and improvements.
- Ideally previous experience and involvement in the Exit interview process
- Experience of amending policy and guidance documents.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to scope new programmes of work
2-3 days per week to the end of March 2020 based in central Warwick circa £350 per day.
