We are recruiting an interim HR OD consultant on behalf of our client, a West Midlands local authority to develop an initial proposal and project plan related to embedding a commercial culture across the organisation. The skills and experience required are:
The ability to seek out good practice from outside of the organisation,
Work with a multitude of internal stakeholders to explore outcomes and understand 'what good looks like'.
The ability to translate findings into practical outputs and activities that will make a real difference.
Experience of writing proposals
Experience and evidence of embedding a commercial culture in previous roles would be advantageous
Required on a short term basis 10 days work between Feb and the End of March. based in Central Warwick £350 per day.
