A temporary Records Administrator is required by a West Midlands Local Authority who are looking at smarter, more agile and digital ways of working which will entail reducing the amount of paper files in the office.
Excellent attention to detail
Effective literacy and numeracy skills
Experience and understanding of working with confidential and/or commercially sensitive information
Some data protection knowledge would be an advantage
Excellent customer service skills and experience of working with customers at all levels in an organisation
Ability to work well independently with little supervision and also as a member of a team is essential
Experience of working with Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets, and cataloguing systems / index work would be desirable
Must be available for an immediate start
3 x months initially
37 hour week £10.41 per hour. Hybrid working central Warwick/Home.
