We are offering initial temporary assignments starting on the 16th November 2020 with an excellent pay rate of £9.86 per hour. There are also great opportunities available to go permanent in 2021!
About the role
There will be an initial 4 week training programme, with a further 2 week training Academy, where you will be prepared to take calls from customers about anything and everything to do with their bills. There is a key focus on resolving issues with a positive outcome, ensuring a helpful and accurate service is being provided.
Please note: this role will require you to take part in a shift pattern between the hours of 8:00 – 20:00, and will involve working one Saturday in every three.
