Job Details

Transformation Change Analyst required for one of the largest Utility companies. They recognise that investments in both employee development and working environment drive them forward as a modern, innovative and ultimately industry leading operation

Transformation Change Analyst - Responsibilities:
• 50% focussed on data analysis:
o Extraction and manipulation of work execution data and performance information to provide insights into pilot area performance
o Explanation of data deficiencies, and implications for outcomes being monitored
o Extrapolation of pilot performance outcomes to other areas to demonstrate benefit potential (using existing benefit logic)
• 50% focused on change:
o Engagement with planning and operational delivery team members to design interventions to improve workforce management performance
o Creation of simple process documentation to create "best practice" ways of working for Planners and Dispatchers
o Design of a RACI to show the division of activities between planning and field teams in day and for the forward plan
o Communication and explanation of processes and RACI to the teams, providing hands on support to get them embedded
o Determining which pilot interventions have been successful and which require amendment before rolling out to other work centres
o Documentation of high-level requirements for medium-term initiatives that prove unsuitable for pilot rollout


Transformation Change Analyst - Experience/skills/characteristics:
• Able to handle uncertainty and rapid pace of change
• Good communicator
• Microsoft excel data manipulation and visualisation – use of VLOOKUP, pivot tables, various graphs and charts and some statistical analysis
• Microsoft PowerPoint – intermediate level – for creation of engaging and high quality content to support data reporting presentations
• Procedure and process documentation
• Desirable: Microsoft Visio – beginner level
• Desirable: Experience managing, designing, implementing or improving work planning and scheduling processes
• Desirable: Skilled in use of / establishing visual management
• Desirable: Experience managing, designing, implementing or improving demand management and capacity planning processes
• Desirable: Experience managing a mobile workforce and/or designing, implementing or improving workforce performance monitoring and incentivisation
