Pertemps Managed Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a small but busy team dealing based in Reading.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for anyone from a customer service or retail background looking for a 26 week temporary contract dealing with incoming customer telephone/email query's.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for dealing with all incoming customer calls and emails in an efficient, accurate and polite manner.
Logging and escalating customer queries using the businesses CRM system while providing an end to end service. You will provide customers with ongoing status updates in a proactive manner. To ensure that all jobs are updated to ensure full audit trail of events is available and all completed jobs are closed down correctly on the Call logging database.
To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role candidates should have Customer Service or retail experience with good attention to detail and the ability to work to work to deadlines and targets.
This role is all about delivering experience customer service and strong relationships.
Our client is offering a 26 week contract paying £9.60 per hour.
