Scrum Master6 month contract - Outside IR35 - Remote We are seeking a Scrum Master to work on a new Sub-Programme within the Development and Innovation Programme. You will work with other Scrum Masters and colleagues to ensure we deliver products to the highest standard possible, working closely with each other to ensure we remain focused and put our best foot forward.
Scrum Master Job Responsibilities- Guide the team on Agile and SCRUM best practice
- Facilitate agile ceremonies – Daily Scrums and stand-ups, sprint planning and retro's as well as Sprint Reviews
- Encourage continuous development within the team and look for individual and team based ideas/practices to improve encourage improvement
- Ensure that distractions are mitigated and foster a collaborative relationship within the team, encouraging teamwork and motivation in the team
- Collaborate with other scrum masters to ensure collaboration and consistency across teams
Scrum Master Essential Skills and Experience- 3rd Party Stakeholder management
- Previous experience within an agile delivery team or similar environment in the Public Sector
- Ability to influence and challenge colleagues
- Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies and agile frameworks
- Coaching and mentoring of the technical teams you have supported
