Customer Contact Advisor

My client is looking for an experienced Customer Contact Advisor to join their team in Newbury.
In this role, you will be working with new and existing customers of the business as a point of contact. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team with direct support to the sales consultants as well as establishing working relationships within the company.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU MUST HAVE
• Experience in customer service
• Administrative experience
• Skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
• Experience in working with and supporting a team
• Skills in relationship building
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation skills
YOU MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
• Providing administrative support
• Contacting and resolving queries from customers via telephone, email and social media, demonstrating excellent customer service
• Liasing with different departments within the company, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
• Updating and maintaining company records
