My client is looking for a resourcer to join their recruitment team based in Reading.
In this role, you will work within a fast-paced and continually developing team, holding responsibility for reviewing candidates for potential roles within the company, internally and externally. You will liaise with management in recruitment, as well as HR divisions within the company, working to personal KPIs and providing support to the team around you.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU MUST
• Have strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Have experience with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
• Have experience in liaising with management
• Have strong written and verbal communication
• Have experience in information retrieval
• Be willing to undertake roles that fall reasonably out of your job role
YOU MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
• Screening CVs and applications for jobs
• Liaising with candidates arranging interviews via telephone and email
• Sending confirmations via email
• Supporting management and the team
