JOB TITLE: Business Succession Planning Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5-12
LOCATION: West Midlands
The successful Business Succession Planning Solicitor will be conducting a high quality and varied caseload, working simultaneously within the Corporate and Private Client teams to provide an excellent level of client service. You will responsible for the implementation of succession plans for family-owned businesses, handling management buy-ins/outs, trade sales, shareholder issues and business relief for inheritance tax matters. You will gain strong exposure to a wide range of high value family businesses, acting on behalf of owner-managers with both a personal and commercial perspective to best secure their futures.
You will be a driven, determined and commercially minded Solicitor with a proven track record of thriving in challenging and dynamic legal environments. You will be motivated to excel within a market leading Legal 500 firm, displaying intellectual flexibility , technical strength and a self-motivated nature. You will have demonstrable experience handling a full range of corporate or commercial matters, and have a keen interest in private client matters .You will be proactive in your involvement with business development initiatives, and dedicated to promoting the firm's image both in and out of the workplace.
