Legal Resourcer, Birmingham- An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a bright and ambitious individual to become an integral part of a flourishing team within a highly regarded specialist legal recruitment company.
JOB TITLE: Legal Resourcer- Permanent Division.
The successful Resourcer will become a vital part of the dynamic and highly successful permanent division at eNL Legal, sourcing suitable candidates for a wide variety of roles and providing direct support to a Director. You will be ultimately responsible for sourcing a high calibre of candidate to be placed within a multitude of our client's law firms. As an exceptionally well organised and motivated individual, you will be confident in your ability to obtain clear job descriptions from clients, register and interview candidates and to match relevant vacancies and candidates efficiently. You will be highly proficient in your provision of administrative support, including candidate loading formatting CV's and maintaining and loading vacancies on to the website. The role further requires an ability to write attractive adverts and generate new vacancies through contact with law firms.
As a driven, ambitious and goal-orientated individual, you will be motivated to thrive within a dynamic and challenging environment. You will possess excellent time-management and organisational skills, alongside a desire to progress your career with an exceptionally well regarded specialist consultancy. Ambitious individuals will be given the opportunity to move on to a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, running your own recruitment desk, however the option to remain as a legal Resourcer will be your decision . The successful Resourcer will display a strong commitment to client needs and have the ability to cope with difficult tasks, setbacks and frustrating situations through adaptability and a positive demeanour.
