JOB TITLE:           Pensions Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED:   up to 4 years’ PQE
LOCATION:           Greater Manchester
SALARY:                On application

OVERVIEW:
•You will advise on all aspects of pensions law including scheme mergers, solvent restructuring, buy-ins/buyouts, pension issues on corporate transactions as well as member complaints and grievances.
•Providing high-quality legal advice to team’s client base which is made up of private individuals, employers and pension scheme trustees.
•Up to 4 years’ PQE required.
•You will receive an employee assistance programme.
•The firm offer annual promotions open to all staff.
•Hybrid working is available for this role, with one day a week worked remotely.
