COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 2-5 YEARS PQE, BERKSHIRE, £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) HYBRID WORKING OPTIONS – A new role for an experienced solicitor to join a leading and growing commercial Property team - JOB REF: 5908.

• You will join a leading, regional firm offering a collegiate and supportive working environment, where you will be given responsibility from day one and genuine encouragement to develop your skills and career long-term.
• The team’s client base includes large landed estates and other landowners, developers, charities, universities and schools, lenders, businesses and private individuals.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE to work on a varied and challenging caseload in a very busy department.
• You will work on a broad range of matters, including leasehold and freehold transactions, development work, secured lending and first registrations.
• You will be commercially astute and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a determination to progress your career.
