Commercial Property Solicitor / 5+ PQE/ North Yorkshire / £60,000 DOE / A respected and long established firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to strengthen its growing property team – To apply please call Teagan on 0113 320 0575 and quote Job Ref: 3425
OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals
• Act on both freehold and leasehold transactions
• Handle a proportion of residential property files, offering a well-rounded mix of work
• Advise a broad client base, including SMEs, developers, landlords and investors
• Provide clear, pragmatic guidance throughout each transaction
• Maintain strong organisation and effectively prioritise within a busy, fast paced caseload
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in both commercial and residential property matters
• Confident managing files independently from instruction through to completion
• Comfortable liaising directly with clients and third parties
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates a practical, solution focused approach
• Proactive, dependable and thrives in a client-facing environment
• Commercially aware, detail-oriented and skilled at building long-term client relationships
