Job Description
Compliance Executive, 2+ Years Experience, Manchester, up to circa £35,000 (DOE) – This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner seeking to move away from day-to-day caseload management into a specialist role focused on compliance, risk oversight, and operational improvement. JOB REF:3449.
THE ROLE:
• The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening regulatory compliance across the firm
• You will work closely with legal teams to promote consistency, reduce risk, and embed best practice throughout the business.
• Undertaking structured file reviews across teams to ensure compliance and consistency
• Providing clear, practical feedback to fee earners on compliance and procedural expectations
• Contributing to compliance, governance, and operational efficiency reports
• Working with senior stakeholders to improve risk awareness and decision-making through data insight
• Maintaining accurate records of audits, reviews, and compliance activity
• Responding to data protection and wider compliance queries across the business
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• You will ideally have a strong background in Claimant Personal Injury work
• Experience within an SRA-regulated environment
• Prior experience in file review, audits, or compliance-focused work
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and quality standards
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Excel and data tools to interpret and present information
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy, high-volume setting
• It is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels
