Residential Conveyancer | Growing Firm | Genuine Progression | Up to £60,000 + Bonus | Cardiff
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 DOE + Bonus
Role: Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Cardiff (Office Based)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a growing and ambitious firm that prides itself on providing a supportive, collaborative working environment. About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters within a friendly, close knit team. The firm is in an exciting growth phase and is looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey. Although the role is primarily residential, any experience in commercial property would be a welcome bonus.

• You will not be overloaded with files as soon as you arrive, the team is committed to allowing you to settle in and grow your caseload gradually.
• There are no billing targets until you are ready; the firm values quality over speed.
• As a newer firm, they operate on an office based model while they continue to build culture and structure.

Bonus Structure
• Competitive salary of £45,000 – £60,000 DOE
• Once targets are introduced, you will earn 5% on all billing over your target

• A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience
• Someone who wants to develop and take on more responsibility as the firm grows
• Confident, client focused, and committed to delivering high quality work
• A team player who enjoys a collaborative, office based environment
