OVERVIEW:
•A reputable firm based in London is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant with experience in residential conveyancing.
•Key responsibilities include, assisting with the preparation of legal documentation for residential conveyancing transactions, while liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth progress.
•Managing post exchange matters and preparing files for completion, alongside providing general administrative and legal support to fee earners.
•The appointed Legal Assistant will have proven experience supporting fee earners on a busy residential conveyancing caseload across all stages of a transaction.
•Ideal candidates will have commercial property experience.
•Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines, alongside excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
