Residential Property Solicitor, 5+ PQE, London, up to £55,000 (DOE). OVERVIEW:
•Manage a diverse residential property caseload, with opportunities to expand into commercial property work if desired.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing a personal network of contacts, referrers, and repeat business.
•Support the wider team by assisting in the development of junior solicitors, trainees, and apprentices.
•The appointed solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years PQE with strong experience in residential property law and a solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes.
•Proven ability to generate work, develop a client and referrer network, and consistently meet targets with strong commercial awareness.
•You will have excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure, solve problems, and support junior team members collaboratively.
•The firm offers a competitive salary and 25 days of holiday entitlement, increasing to 28 days after three years and 30 days after five years.
