JOB TITLE: Claims Solicitor (Professional Indemnity)
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £50K - £75K

THE ROLE: A specialist claims management organisation is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join its Professional Indemnity team, handling complex claims on behalf of SRA and FCA regulated professionals.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity matters, working closely with policyholders, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve high-quality claims outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims from inception to resolution
    • Act for SRA and FCA regulated professionals
    • Advise on insurance law, contract law, and litigation strategy
    • Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties
    • Maintain accurate case records using relevant systems
    • Deliver effective, timely, and commercially focused outcomes
ABOUT YOU:
  • Qualified Solicitor with professional indemnity experience
    • Strong understanding of insurance and litigation processes
    • Excellent analytical and case management skills
    • Confident communicator and negotiator
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
    • High attention to detail and strong professional standards
