A well regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across Dorset and Somerset is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Property Lawyer to join its established Land & Property team.
The role involves managing a high quality residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post completion, with a high level of autonomy and minimal supervision. You’ll be a key member of the property department, working collaboratively within a supportive and inclusive team while comfortably working to billing and time recording targets.
While the focus is residential conveyancing, any broader exposure to land law matters or experience supervising junior lawyers or support staff would be welcomed.

• Clear progression opportunities from Associate through to Salaried Partner
• Supportive firm culture with a strong emphasis on development and long term careers
• Attractive benefits package including pension, bonus, life assurance and health cash plan
A great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer seeking stability, progression, and flexibility within a respected regional firm.
