Real Estate Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £90,000+ (DOE) – An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Specialist Real Estate Services team in Birmingham. JOB REF:3964
THE ROLE:
• You will advise a broad client base including retailers, manufacturers, leisure operators, infrastructure companies and major corporate occupiers across a variety of sectors.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, due diligence and certificates of title
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team
• Work closely with partners on team management and client development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with sophisticated occupier clients
• Collaborate with colleagues across wider real estate and corporate teams
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
• Strong experience in commercial property and corporate occupier work
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent client management skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to team working
