Job Description

Commercial Property Solicitor (Newly Qualified), Bristol, £65,000+ (DOE) – Are you a newly qualified solicitor looking to build your career within a highly regarded Commercial Property team? This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic practice working with both public and private sector clients on a broad range of high-quality property matters. JOB REF:4022

THE ROLE:
• You will gain exposure to a varied and interesting caseload, including development work and transactions involving developers, operators, funders and investors.
• Working alongside approachable and experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while building strong client relationships from the outset.
• This role offers excellent scope for progression within a supportive and commercially focused team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitors
• Previous experience within a property-related practice area
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and confident approach
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working closely with colleagues at all levels
