Job Description
REGULATORY PARALEGAL,6 MONTH CONTRACT, LONDON, £35,000 PER ANNUM. A leading UK regulator is seeking multiple Regulatory Paralegals to join its Fitness to Practise function on an initial six month contract basis, with the possibility of the roles becoming permanent. JOB REF: 4079
•The appointed paralegal will work within a high performing investigations team, managing a varied caseload involving serious concerns about the conduct of professionals, including assessing risk, gathering evidence, and progressing cases through the regulatory process in line with statutory requirements.
•This is a fast paced and engaging role requiring strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities while preparing cases for panel consideration.
•Applications are open to candidates with at least 18 months of experience in investigations, regulatory work, or litigation case handling, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a high volume caseload independently.
•Applicants should also demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information in a regulated environment and must have the right to work in the UK as well as pass DBS and pre-employment screening checks.
