Commercial Property Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Swindon, £55,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a friendly and committed team. JOB REF:4113.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for managing your own varied commercial property caseload while supporting colleagues on larger and more complex transactions where required.
• Your caseload will consist of sales and acquisitions, refinancing transactions, commercial leases, development and land transactions, rural diversification projects and pension property transactions.
• This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established practice with a strong reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
• You will have strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A practical and commercial approach to legal advice
• The ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines effectively
