Our client is keen to speak with a confident and commercially minded residential property specialist (Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC with at least 2 years' experience or equivalent) to manage a busy caseload. You will handle a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

- Remortgages and equity release transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- New build purchases
- Help to Buy transactions
- Lease extensions and variations
- Transfers of equity
- Matrimonial transfers
- Title investigations and reporting
In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in supporting junior team members, developing local business relationships, and identifying opportunities to cross-refer work across the wider firm. The successful candidate will have:
- Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
- The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Local market knowledge and an understanding of the Bedfordshire property market
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
