Are you a junior Corporate Solicitor looking to build your expertise within a supportive and collaborative team? The Role
As part of a busy and growing corporate team, you will manage your own varied caseload while supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters. The work will include:
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate governance and advisory matters
• Corporate restructures
• Drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts
• Assisting on complex transactions and due diligence exercises
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering a high standard of client service
Working closely with experienced lawyers, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and further develop your technical expertise and commercial awareness.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors with up to 3 years' PQE who can demonstrate:
• Experience in corporate law, or a genuine enthusiasm to develop within this area
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong drafting and technical abilities
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving
• A proactive, organised and detail-focused mindset
• The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
