Employment Solicitor (Partner), 7+ Years PQE, Warwickshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Partner to join the Warwickshire office of a leading UK law firm. This is an exciting role for an ambitious employment lawyer looking to take ownership of an established practice, drive further growth across the Midlands and play a key role in the firm's long-term strategy. JOB REF:4351.

THE ROLE:
• Joining a nationally recognised employment team, you will work alongside leading specialists across the UK while taking responsibility for developing the firm's employment offering in the region.
• The role combines high-quality legal work, leadership responsibilities and business development, making it ideal for an experienced solicitor who enjoys building client relationships and shaping the future of a successful practice.
• You will advise an impressive portfolio of clients ranging from major corporate organisations and owner-managed businesses to public sector bodies, educational institutions and senior executives.
• The work is broad and varied, covering both contentious and non-contentious employment law, strategic HR issues, workplace investigations, restructures, executive exits, discrimination, tribunal litigation and employment support on corporate transactions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for that next step in your career.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of employment matters, including complex and high-value instructions.
• Experience acting predominantly for employers, although candidates with mixed respondent and claimant backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• A proven ability to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Leadership experience or the ambition and capability to build and grow a successful team.
• Excellent commercial awareness, communication skills and a collaborative approach.
