Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ years PQE, Greater Manchester, up to c£55,000 – A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an impressive team. JOB REF:4404.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE and a proven track record handling a broad range of transactions.
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include sales and acquisitions of properties, land and assets.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Although you will be provided a busy caseload from day one, the property department has ambitious plans for growth and, as such, you will be expected to build your own network referrers and utilise this to contribute to their growth and success.
