OVERVIEW:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected Commercial Property team within a long-established law firm. You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, acting for an impressive client base that includes national businesses, established companies and well-known brands. Your work will include landlord and tenant matters, including the granting and taking of commercial leases and licences, together with acquisitions, disposals and the ongoing management of freehold and leasehold property portfolios. You will also advise on high-value, often complex transactions, providing commercially focused legal advice that supports clients' business objectives. Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors from Newly Qualified level through to 8 years' PQE who have gained experience within a reputable commercial property practice. The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships while delivering an exceptional standard of service.
