Job Description
Property Litigation Solicitor (Newly Qualified), Exeter, £55,000+ (DOE) - We're looking for a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving Exeter office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and ambitious team that is experiencing significant growth and offers excellent opportunities for career development. REF:4682.
THE ROLE:
• From the outset, you'll work on high-quality property disputes alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to a diverse client base and developing your expertise across a broad range of contentious property matters.
• The team advises a wide variety of clients, including commercial developers, national housebuilders, investors, lenders, corporate occupiers and local authorities.
• You will have the opportunity to work on complex and rewarding matters while developing your own caseload with the support of an experienced team.
• Your caseload will include commercial landlord and tenant disputes, Building Safety Act matters, rights of way, easements, boundary and adverse possession disputes, residential and commercial service charge claims and property insolvency and secured recoveries
THE ROLE:
• Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitors looking to join a friendly and supportive team.
• You will ideally have exposure to both commercial and residential property disputes and be keen to continue building your technical knowledge within a supportive environment.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage competing priorities.
• Sound commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
• The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your own matters.
