You will advise an impressive client base, including major property companies, developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and high-net-worth individuals, on a broad range of complex real estate disputes.
You will manage a varied caseload covering commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, development issues, rights of light, dilapidations, possession claims, professional negligence, insolvency, construction disputes, and Telecommunications Code matters.
From the outset, you will take responsibility for high-value, strategically significant cases while benefiting from the support and mentoring of recognised specialists. The role also offers excellent advocacy opportunities, exposure to mediation, arbitration, and other forms of dispute resolution, together with active involvement in business development and client relationship management.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with between 2-5 years' PQE and strong experience in real estate litigation gained within a respected property disputes practice. You will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong drafting and advocacy skills and the confidence to advise on complex commercial property disputes. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound commercial judgement, exceptional client care skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with a sophisticated client base. You will be proactive, organised and driven, with excellent communication skills and a genuine ambition to develop your career within a market-leading litigation team.
THE FIRM:
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded international law firm recognised for its expertise in complex disputes and high-value real estate work. The firm acts for an outstanding portfolio of domestic and international clients across the real estate, private wealth and corporate sectors, offering exceptional quality work, a collaborative culture, and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.
THE PACKAGE:
Enjoy an outstanding salary, a comprehensive benefits package, agile and flexible working, exceptional client exposure, first-class professional development, and the opportunity to build your career within one of London's leading Real Estate Litigation teams.
