LITIGATION SOLICITOR (CIVIL & COMMERCIAL):
An established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys managing a varied caseload while working closely with senior members of the department. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of contentious matters, including, civil and commercial litigation, employment disputes, property litigation, including landlord and tenant matters and contentious probate cases. You will manage your own caseload from inception through to resolution, while also supporting the Partner with more complex matters and contributing to the continued success of the department.
