JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE: NQ to 5+ PQE

SALARY: To c£65,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading law firm in dealing with a varied property litigation and professional negligence caseload. This role involves advising clients on a variety of contentious matters, building trusted relationships, supporting senior practitioners on complex, high-value disputes and managing an individual caseload of matters from initial instruction through to completion.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors boasting up to 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, professional negligence, property litigation and/or contentious probate. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, prepared to deal with cases from inception through to conclusion, be able to competently maintain accurate time recording, be familiar with the current rules relating to the profession, and be able to confidently support senior team members on complex matters when necessary.
